rental house

i just resigned the lease for the house here in ferndale! have been here TWO years, going for a THIRD and can hardly believe it!
the owner wants to sell, so i may try to work out a lease option with a down payment/deposit at the end of this next year. we'll see ;)

    Congrats! Staying in one place isn't TOO bad! From what I've seen and what you've told me, it sounds like the perfect place for you right now! :-)
