ramp building

this winter, i got a free little ramp from bellingham craigslist that we put under an RV tent. we skated that thing until it fell apart. had more good times than i can count out there while snow or rain was pattering on the roof, and we actually had somewhere dry and fun and lit and just chill to skate. this spring on craigslist i got a steal on a much bigger ramp. it took 6 of us to lift each of the three pieces onto a flatbed trailer and unload here at home. unfortunately the little ramp was in the way, forcing the big one to be set on uneven ground. where it was hurridly pieced back together by all of us at once. by sending screws into old holes the new alignment caused them not to bite. we were dying to try out our new toy! but were left with a not well bolted together ramp on uneven ground that within a week was showing signs of warping as it settled and took rain. oh no! this is what i did about it:

big project!

  1. Ok, now we really need to catch up! I thought the ramp you just got was already built...this looks like you just had ends and are building the whole middle.

But I have to say, your backyard is absolutely gorgeous! The barn is beyond awesome! Awwwww I miss the North West!
